Return Policy
If you have any issues with the item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to discuss a resolution.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once we determine if you are eligible for returning your item, you will be provided with a return address.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Item must be returned within 7 days of getting approval from us.
Personalized Products
Personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned unless received in a damaged condition. Please contact us to provide photos within 7 days of receiving the item to discuss a resolution.
Non-Returnable items
Following items are not returnable.

- Downloadable software products
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of our approval or rejection decision of your refund.
If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Following can cause your refund to be rejected:
- Obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned after more than 7 days of getting approval notification from us
- Other issues
Late or Missing Refunds
After receiving refund processing confirmation from us, wait for a few days. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you still haven’t received a refund, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Shipping Your Returns
To return your product, contact us to get approved. Do not mail your product to the manufacturer. We will not be responsible for items returned without approval. Use a trackable shipping service.
You are responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item.
